All companies wishing
to exist permanently have to build, maintain its own
culture. Indeed, the culture of an organization is
considered his essential difference. This culture
will direct the internal acts and ensure the success
of a society.
Recognizing of the importance of the
internal culture, we have many cultural activities
to connect all members of the company.
It is for this reason that we have created a
bulletin of the company (Together) and an
internal forum (http://forum.vnnet.com.vn)
where all VNNET members can exchange, share
experiences and emotions. They are the moral values
and the culture of VNNET.
We have also sport and music clubs which are
organized every week.
During holidays, ceremonies of the company or of
each member, we organize feasts and picnics
together. These activities make us more committed,
more heard and then, every member considers VNNET
society as his second family, devoted himself
entirely to the development of the society.
